Charmaine has a background in administration & has always connected with young people through sport & youth groups. She loves to see the growth when young people step into their own abilities, styles & leadership skills & for rangatahi to develop into their own person.
Chilling out around the house, playing netball, watching her own children play sport & spending time with her dog are ways she likes to spend in her own time.
